•    There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
•    Cancellation Policy is not applicable to products sold under special offers during the festive season or public holidays.
•    HayathBags.com does not accept cancellation requests for broken product, Seal Open packing However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
•    Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 3 or 4 business days for the refund transfer to be completed
